WORK CARD
From June 2024, the innovative functionality of Automatic Job Cards is available. The system allows drivers, pilots or equipment operators to start work by launching the mobile app. The operator notes down the indicated relevant values (odometer reading, registration number, etc.) and, at the end of the job, the final values. The planner calculates the kilometres driven or hours worked and then generates a confirmation and asks the recipient of the service to sign it (all in one mobile application for the driver).
As soon as the signature is obtained, the 100% completed work card is emailed to your company and you can invoice the service in no time. From now on, you will always have your paperwork in order and faster transfers from your contractors!
